Went for Sunday brunch excellent quality, great range on offer friendly service. Wonderful way to enjoy Sunday.

Amazing restaurant. Food was was superb, service was excellent (ask for Ricardo!). All in all great experience and we will be back.

Absolutely exceptional experience I have never had such a magical and fulfilling birthday dinner like the one I had here. I am not one to write reviews but I couldn’t help give the place the credit it deserves!
Upon arrival, I asked to be seated away from the crowd as I was traveling solo and wanted a little peace & I was accommodated right away. Every single staff member went out of their way to make me feel special/welcome and comfortable.
There is a large wine selection to choose from and the bartender makes exceptional cocktails! Even the mocktail served high class:) I had the special for that night and I took over an hour to finish because I truly wanted to savor every single bite. The menu is well thought out and flavored exceptionally well! I’m a foodie so this is big for me:)
After dinner I was suprised by the entire staff as they came to sing me Happy Birthday I have never felt so seen and blessed by the kindness of strangers like this. Even the Parrots joined in to make my experience that much worthwhile.

1000/10 experience and I will for sure return to the restaurant one day! Fine dinning experience all around and I didn’t have to break the bank to experience all of this

My wife and I have been going to the Caymans 4 to 5 times a year for 25 years other than the Covid years. We do a lot of 4 day trips.

Pappagallo is always one of the 3 specific restaurants we go do every single trip. And on our longer trips we also go there.

The location is great, its away from the busy areas, its secluded.

The restaurant is in an amazing Caymanian hut complete with parrots in cages.

The service is top of the line, the management is always around and very friendly and the staff is great, Roberto is normally our server and he is just so great.

The food is top notch, my favorite is Lobster and Shrimp Buba style with no mushroom.

I can say in the probably 70 or 80 times we have eaten there over the past 25 years, we have NEVER had a bad meal or a bad experience.

We were there the end of August for a week and going back the beginning of November for 5 nights and will of course be back for dinner.

Great sélection of food and the service and ambiance is great. However not a child friendly design, can get very loud, no changing station for babies, only stairs to get to bathrooms. And for birthday celebrations they celebrate by singing extremely loudly and bring you a selection of dessert that is already at the dessert counter. No cake or no special dessert for birthdays, first time I've ever experienced à restaurant with no special dessert for birthday celebrations.

The food was good for Italian dining. Accommodating restaurant to tourists and service is good as well and knowledgeable

Some of the best quality Italian food we’ve had in years. Authentic family recipes, employees from Italy, could not have asked for a better meal to celebrate a birthday. 5 stars across the board. Can’t wait to come back.

This place is my favorite in Grand Cayman. Love all the food.steak, seafood, pumpkin ravioli. It's all great!

A great gem tucked away by Barkers National Park. Upscale Italian with a better atmosphere than most anywhere in the island.

They have a brunch which is not as much of a party as others but the food is the best I've experienced at any Cayman brunch thus far.

Sunday brunch was one of the best I’ve ever had. Non stop food at top quality. Enjoyed with bottomless mimosas and was spectacular!

Everything about this place is amazing. The food was great, ambiance is beautiful, service is fantastic.

We’ve spend a week in Caymans and have had incredible cuisine but Pappagallo fell short. The atmosphere was loud, lights were way too bright, no candies and you had no sense of being on the water as the patio is completely enclosed……the bugs were awful. The worst part is that they rushed our meal. We weren’t even finished our first cocktail when our entrees arrived. We were in and out in under an hour…. Not the fine dining experience we were expecting. The food was just average. We will not be back.

Had a recent dinner with 5 adults, food was fine but waiter just ruined it. One adult asked for the sorbet, which said two scoops, the person asked waiter can I have one lemon scoop and one raspberry, well out comes just raspberry, she mentions nicely to waiter I asked for lemon and raspberry, the waiter in a loud voice says "no you did not" I mean we all heard her ask, so instead of just going back and getting some lemon on a $7.00 dessert, he wants to call her a liar and elevate it. We all were in shock and just basically wanted to get out of there. Dinner was close to $600 usd. With so many other great choices on island, go somewhere where you will be appreciated, your only as good as your wait staff, and this place seems to have gone down hill.

Long overdue review. This is my favourite restaurant on the island. Had take out tonight: pasta tastes homemade, veal Milanese was crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside (so good), and the appetizers we got were delicious as well. Portion size is fantastic, you will not be left hungry like in other “fine” dining establishments on island.

We do takeout because we have a little one at home, but our experiences have always been great at the restaurant as well. Prompt, warm and courteous staff.

Not the first time I dined here. This time they made an impact on me to give them a review.

On arrival I was promptly seated with menu. As I looked around taking in the view a beautiful plate of bread with minced tomatoes with olive oil drizzled over it was on the table then an assortment of bread with butter was on the table.

My man Gianluca gave me a few minutes to look over the menu. With the food order out the way the Octopus and pork belly was excellent. The Limoncello was an extra star along with the truffle Mac & cheese. Now I’m full and can’t eat a full stop.
So I asked for the bill. Now most places would bring the bill and that’s it. No I was given free cookies, in house baked straight out the oven fresh cookies. IMPRESSED. If you’re coming to Grand Cayman or live here make it a place to visit.
