Such a great place to eat breakfast! They have a good variety to choose from and the food is delish! The restaurants interior is done with great taste!The service was good as well! Highly recommended!

Great place to get coffee, breakfast or just to stop in for a yummy treat. My wife and I are regulars here. The food is great, however the last couple of times we've been there, the toast served with breakfast was dry and hard as a rock. But other than that, the location, atmosphere and coffee are amazing. It's a little pricey, but what isn't in Cayman, specially the Seven Mile Beach area

Foods were good but a little bit pricey. I had a pancake meal + hot chocolate around 25ci.

There is something for everyone here. You might not expect this quality from a small cafe, but it was some of the best we had on the entire island.

The staff was friendly and even chatted us up about their in-house coffee.

Icoa is probably best known for their sweet items and gift baskets. The savory items are just ok and need some more flavour.

Being recommended by a colleague at my gym, I had high hopes for this place. She recommended the overnight oats. I'm more of a protein (eggs, meat, and cheese kind of guy), but I figured I'd give it a shot. It's located on 7 mile Beach, very convenient to 7 mile corridor or Georgetown. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and packed with lots of treats and goodies that were meant to be purchased and taken home. I've actually picked up a carrot cake here, years ago, for my father's birthday. He loved it. I've never eaten here, though, until today. Beautiful and comfortable restaurant, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food came out quick. I ordered the Icoas burrito roll. It sounded delicious with eggs, cheese, tomato, onion, and sausage. I also asked for some hot sauce, since I like things spicy. The food was a little less than stellar. The ingredients tasted fresh and seemed quality, but the burrito didn't have much flavor. It was also a little smaller than other places in 7 mile, and did not come with any sides, but was similarly priced. Overall, the experience was good, but the value for the amount of food and lack of flavor meant there was room for improvement. I would go back here for the ambiance and service, but I likely would not order the same thing again.

A little jewel hidden away in a strip mall. Very professional staff. Menu has a variety of Asian maps from Butter chicken to Korean chicken burgers. I had a hard time deciding.
They have a great bakery and I'm told, great breakfasts.
A wonderful place to meet for lunch too.

Amazingly exquisite coffee, the best almond croissants world-wide BUT would you PLEASE put socks or pads on the feet of your chairs. The noise of moving chairs is totally diabolical and is so destructive of conversation, which is of the essence. Please, Please, Please!

Under new management so the quality of the food is not as great as it was. Pastry was dry. New chef is over baking, blueberry muffin had maybe 4 berries total.

Given a voucher by a student and wouldn't have thought of visiting.but it was really good, loved the English breakfast and good filter coffee with free top ups. Its very popular and rather classey.

I’ve been ordering and dining in with Icoa since they opened over a decade ago. They have grown a lot of the years, but they’ve always stayed consistent with offering great quality food for fair prices. Unlike many restaurants, the quality of their food is not diminished if you order for delivery. Service is always excellent. Staff is kind, friendly, and efficient. I love dining in, and ordering in from Icoa. Would really love if they brought back the chili chicken dish - miss that dish a lot! The various bowls they have on the menu now for lunch are great. They also offer some of the best bakeries on island. Thanks Icoa! I’ll keep coming back time and time again.

This is one of our go-to breakfast places on Sundays! The reason I love this place so much is not just the delicious food, but the staff there that give strong attention to detail. The friendly Pratik greeted us with a warm welcome, quickly served us our coffee to kick start the windy-cloudy morning weather, and the incredible Sasha just made my day! Her work ethic is par excellence! ICOA is very lucky to have her kind. Her attention to detail/recommendations are spot on! She ensures you walk out of there Happy & Satisfied! ️

Try to figure out Zoe’s accent. She is very sweet, friendly and Great serviceAlso ask to se did you can get the French toast made with brioche with some English breakfast tea. Good breakfast food, wasn’t full when I was there on a rainy Monday

My absolute favorite food place! Breakfast is awesome with the best Almond Croissants in the world. Dinner never disappoints- but although lunch and breakfast are available Monday through Saturday, dinner is only Wednesday through Saturday.

Try out their BLT & Chicken Sandwich (get them both toasted, besides it is Icoa's own baked bread). They are delicious and absolutely the best!

Great breakfast at a very reasonable price. This is probably the best most affordable food in the island for breakfast. Great wine bar too.

This place gets 3 stars from me. Service was pretty good and the surroundings nice, it was fairly busy but not totally rammed.

My negatives are probably outweighed by the other guests who were with me as they all loved it. I found the food to table was really slow to arrive and also getting a coffee, which whilst nice, also took an age. The kitchen looked pretty full on. Maybe they just need to slicken up the system out the back.

Ordered Eggs Benedict and it was a good take on it, different from others but certainly good. I didn't enjoy the granola and Greek yoghurt however. A huge serving in a small bowl (not a problem) but enough yoghurt for maybe a spoonful of granola. I chucked in some spare milk from the table to help it go down, they weren't offering more. Others in group all loved all their food order so I'm the odd one out.

Not very many menu options and the service was below average, due to the server spilling my coffee on me. The presentation of the food was impressive, but the overall taste was very bland. The facility was clean and very organized and was conveniently located in a shopping plaza. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend for a casual dining experience. I'm rating 3 stars because compared to the competition, it stands out as average.
