Cimboco

Excellent food! We stayed at the Marriot across the street and wanted to try local breakfast. Found this place online and so happy I did. Very clean and lots of seating. There is high chairs available for children. My kids also enjoyed the breakfast and ordered the chocolate chip pancakes. Full of flavors and the caramel lattes were my favorite.

My daughter and I visited this excellent eatery on a weekend trip to the Cayman Islands and had the most delicious brunch. The Ackee and saltfish brought back the taste of Jamaica, while there are so many delicacies to choose from.

Our taxi driver suggested Cimboco and we enjoyed it. We are there for brunch one day and lunch another. Our kids loved the French toast and pancakes, we loved the cracker crust pizza. Prices were reasonable and it had local dishes on the menu.

The food was to die for. Ralph also made the best Piña Colada I’ve ever had. This was my first place to eat in Grand Cayman and it did not disappoint by any means!

We loved this place so much we came back twice to eat and to order take out. We all bought the shrimp Alfredo back home.lol Get the French toast!

Absolutely delicious dinner. Had the doubles app and the banana leaf wrapped trout with orca and cassava!

We visited Grand Cayman Island back in May. We stumbled upon Cimboco because it was right by our hotel. BEST restaurant ever. The food was delicious. We loved their take on pizza and let’s not even get started on their desserts. AMAZING! One of the best experiences there was the service. We went back several times during our stay and had the same server each time. Jervis is a great person. He made us feel like we were visiting family every time we visited Cimboco. On the night prior to leaving the island, we left our credit card at the restaurant. That next morning, Jervis saw us walking and he ran up to us with our credit card. He went out of his way to make sure we didn’t leave on our flight without that card. Great person! We will definitely be coming back to this restaurant on our next vacation!

Visiting for a few days from the USA and enjoyed the food. All of the staff members were very hospitable.

Great kid friendly environment, we went here with our three children, the kids pizza $6.25 is a great option. The coconut shrimp and the cheesy linguine with spicy geera pork were both really good. The staff here is really friendly, especially our server, Dennese. They were very busy and our meals were delayed about 40 minutes, but but they were able to compensate in other ways, will definitely go back.

Costumer service is pretty good but the restaurant was empty and we wait for the food for more the 30min.

This establishment went beyond our expectations. The food was a flavourful explosion of culinary magnificence. The friendly restaurant staff made our experience that much more memorable. We ordered the spicy tiger shrimp pasta and the Roti filled with potatoes and chick peas. Both were perfectly seasoned and spiced. The jerk chicken was a perfect add on to the roti. Don’t forget a dessert if you have room. The pecan pie left us speechless.

Wife and I stopped by this place after visiting Pedro St. James. This is a good Italian place that also had gluten free options which we needed for my wife’s Celiac. The wait staff seemed to have pretty good knowledge about gluten and told my wife what she could and could not have. She had a pizza which she liked ok but thought a bit too much cheese. I had the Pesto Pennie with chicken, and it was very good. Nice clean place with air conditioning and very good service. We ate there for about $40US per person which included a couple adult drinks and tip. Note all prices were in Cayman dollars. As of this writing the exchange was $1CI = $1.25US. Thus, you will pay more than the menu prices if you pay in US dollars. Also note that most places in the Caymans add a gratuity of around 15% which is shared among the entire staff. You then can add or not depending on your situation to be given directly to your server.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing my taste buds danced on every bite i had the jerk chicken hash and went back the next day and had the early morning bake and the hot sauce is a must this restaurant is a real gem

Customer service was super good, wait for food was less than 10 minutes. Coffee was great too! Portion was beyond expectations. 10/10
